Planned Maintenance: Dolphinholme, Melling, Wennington, Caton in Littledale and Brookhouse, Thursday the 9th June 2022 6:00a.m. to 8:00a.m.: Network maintenance will cause network outages. IPv4 addresses may be changed for some customers as a result of these works.

Planned Maintenance: Chipping, Tuesday the 7th June 2022 8:30a.m. to 4p.m.: Network maintenance will cause network outages during the majority of this time period for a number of customers in Chipping. IPv4 addresses will not be changed during the reworks.

Urgent Maintenance: Farleton near Hornby, Wednesday the 1st June 2022 8:30a.m. to 1p.m.: Engineering works will affect 6 notified properties. The purpose of the maintenance is to repair damaged fibre which, if left unrepaired, could lead to loss of service to customers.

Outage Tuesday 24th May 10a.m.: Engineers are investigating a brief outage linked to a power issue at a national third party data centre. Update: This has been confirmed as a power outage at a third party UK data centre.

Outage: Burston and Shimpling 8.30 pm Monday 23rd May: We are aware of an issue in the Burston area, engineers are investigating. Update 9pm: Only some customers are affected. Fault located and remedial process started. Update 9.45: Normal service restored.

Planned Maintenance: Leck and Cowan Bridge, Tuesday the 24th May 2022 6a.m. to 8a.m.: Network maintenance will cause network outages. IPv4 addresses will be changed during the reworks.

Planned Maintenance: Silverdale, Borwick and Priest Hutton, Thursday the 19th May 2022 6a.m. to 8a.m.: Network maintenance will cause short outages due to work at the local cabinet.

Outage: Clapham Tuesday the 17th May 11am We are aware of a fibre break affecting five customers in the Clapham. Engineers are investigating the issue. Update 18/05/2022 08:40: Our civils team are continuing work to replace damaged duct today. Fibre will be reblown once the duct is in place and we anticipate that normal service will be re-established later today. Update 17:14: Normal service resumed

Network Issues: Tuesday the 10th May 8:30am We are aware of an issue affecting some customers who are unable to connect to some websites and services such as VPN. This is only affecting customers with an IP address starting 194. To check if you are on this IP address range, type “What’s my IP address” in a search engine. Engineers are investigating and we’ll update here as soon as possible. UPDATE 1:21pm: This issue has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues please reboot your router. Emergency Maintenance: Low Bentham, Tuesday the 10th May 2022 8a.m. to 2p.m.: Repair of damaged fibre to prevent further outages for customers. This will affect 11 properties.

Planned Maintenance: Allendale Town, Whitfield, Catton, Warwick on Eden and Spartylea, Thursday the 5th May 2022 6a.m. to 8a.m.: Network maintenance will cause short outages due to works on the wider network.

Planned Maintenance: Caton, Tuesday the 3rd May 2022 6:30a.m. to 9:30a.m.: Work at the cabinet and on fibre routes will affect seven properties in the Caton area which were originally fed from other areas.

Planned Maintenance: Leck, Barbon, Casterton and Arkhome, Thursday the 28th April 2022 6a.m. to 8a.m.: Rolling maintenance will cause brief outages due to work at the local cabinet.

Outage : Tuesday the 26th of April 17:00: Goosnargh /Fairclough area : We are aware of a fibre break affecting five Goosnargh connections. Engineers have located the break and will commence repairs on Wednesday morning. Update 27th 08:48: Engineers are en route to site. Update 15:30: Normal service resumed. Outage : Tuesday the 26th of April 14:30: Dunsop Bridge, Calder Vale, Goosnargh and Slaidburn : We are aware of a loss of service to customers in the Dunsop Bridge, Calder Vale, Goosnargh and Slaidburn areas. Engineers are investigating the situation. Update 15:11 Service has been restored to Slaidburn and Dunsop Bridge. Service is still down for Goosnargh and seven Calder Vale customers. Update 16:51: Service restored to Goosnargh customers. Update 17:20: Service restored to Calder Vale Customers

Outage : Monday the 25th of April: Firbank 17:20: We are aware of a loss of service to 5 customers in the Firbank area. Engineers are on site looking into the issue. We believe this is an a issue at the cabinet and anticipate that it should be resolved later this evening. Update 18:56: Normal service resumed

Outage : Tuesday the 5th of April: Calder Vale: Midday: We are aware of a loss of service to 7 customers in the Calder Vale area. Engineers have been despatched to investigate. Update 12:30 Engineers have confirmed a fibre break and are arranging access. Update 4pm: Access arranged. Engineers have been dispatched to affect a repair to repair damaged fibre. Update 10p.m. Normal service resumed

Urgent Repair: Preston Patrick / Crooklands. Monday the 4th April 2022: Engineers have assessed a section of damaged fibre near Preston patrick / Crooklands and have determined that an immediate repair is required. This will affect approximately sixty customers in the Crooklands area from 11a.m. to the end of the day. SMS messages and e-mails are being sent to affected customers. Update 14:00: Engineers have removed the section of damaged fibre. Update 17:00: We have started seeing connections restored. Outage : Saturday the 2nd of April Crooklands: We are aware of a loss of service to 9 customers in the Preston Patrick area. We believe this to be a fibre break but have not yet isolated the precise location. We expect service to be restored at some point on Monday. Customers are being updated by SMS.

Maintenance: Yealand Redmayne and Yealand Conyers, Thursday the 14th of April 2022 6:00 a.m. to 9 a.m. Engineering works are being carried out to upgrade cabinet hardware.

Urgent Maintenance: Allendale Wednesday the 23rd of March 2022 8:00 a.m. to Thursday the 24th of March 2022 Engineering works will affect 26 notified properties in the Allendale area. Outage : Low Bentham, 9th March 2022 10:30a.m. We are aware of a fibre break in the Low Bentham area affecting 13 customers. Engineers are investigating. Update 1.30pm, engineers are on site and still investigating. Update 2.45; Engineers are organising remedial work and repairs should be completed tomorrow.

Outage : Abbeystead, Thursday 3rd March 2022 10:30a.m. We are aware of a fibre break in the Abbeystead area affecting 8 customers. Engineers are investigating. Issue resolved.

Scheduled Maintenance: Dunsop Bridge Thursday 3rd March 2022 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Enginering works will affect 26 notified customers in the Dunsop Bridge area.

Scheduled Maintenance: Tuesday 1st March 2022 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. Upgrades requiring rolling outages of up to ten minutes each will be experienced at the following locations: Abbeystead, Allendale Town, Aughton, Bleasdale, Burton in Kendal, Capenhurst, Catton, Chipping, Dentdale, Dunsop Bridge, Giggleswick, Hornby, Levens, Nether Kellet, Nether Wyresdale, Overkellet, Rathmell, Selside, Slaidburn, Whitfield and Quernmore.

Outage : Old Hutton Monday 21st February 2022 12:30. We are aware of fibre break in the Old Hutton area affecting Low Braken Hall through to Gatebeck Cottages. Engineers are investigating. Update 14:00 This appears to have been a power cut.

Outage : Yealand Conyers, Yealand Redmayne, Silverdale and Storth. Friday 11th February 2022 15:15. We are aware of an issue affecting customers in these areas. Engineers are investigating a fibre break. Update 16:17: Engineers have located the fault and have commenced repairs which we expect to be completed in the next few hours. Update 16:34: Engineers have repaired the links to the Yealands and Storth. Further work is being carried out to bring Silverdale back on line. Update 16:49: We are still experiencing an issue with Storth, Yealand Redmayne and Yealand Conyers. Engineers are continuing to work to bring them live. Update 17:00: Engineers have confirmed that Storth, Yealand Redmayne, Yealand Conyers and parts of Silverdale have been restored. 17:26 Normal Service resumed: All services have been restored. Scheduled Maintenance: Mansergh Thursday 10th February 2022 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Works to move existing fibre will be carried out in the Mansergh area. This will affect a small number of notified customers.

Scheduled Maintenance: Halton Thursday 10th February 2022 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Maintenace to switch stack will be carried out. We expect a brief outage.

Scheduled Maintenance: Caton / Littledale Thursday 10th February 2022 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Works to upgrade uninterruptible power supply.

Scheduled Maintenance: Low Bentham 8th February 2022 8:00a.m. to 1p.m. Works to move existing fibre will be carried out in the Low Bentham area and will affect ten individual customers.

26/1/22 Wednesday 11.30 am: Network issue affecting a small number of customers at Low Bentham. Engineers are on their way to investigate. Update 1.30pm Engineers are organising remedial work and repairs should be completed tomorrow morning. Customers have been contacted if their connections are affected. 27/1/22 Thursday 2.00pm Initial works to restore damage have been completed and some customers have had service restored but further damage has been identified, engineers are now working on the second repair. 27/1/22 Thursday 5.00pm Engineers have been unable to resolve the issue today. The team will return to site in daylight hours to continue repairs . Update Friday 1pm. All repairs complete and customer service normal.

Power Issues: Catton. Saturday 8/1/2022 17:00 We are aware of a power failure at Catton which has affected the cabinet. The local team are working to restore power to the cabinet. Update 17:35: Normal service resumed.

Network Issues: Yealand Conyers. Saturday 1/1/2022 12:30 We are aware of a potential issue at Yealand Conyers. Engineers are investigating. Update 15:00 Normal service has been resumed.

Scheduled Maintenance: Wray Area. Thursday 16/12/2021 Scheduled maintenance of the Wray cabinet will cause network outages between 6a.m. and 8a.m. Assigned IPv4 addresses will change during the reworks.

Network Notification: Preston Patrick. 03/12/2021 1p.m. We are aware of an issue affecting ten customers in the Preston Patrick area. Engineers are investigating. Update 14:40: Engineers are investigating a confirmed fibre break. Update 15:40: Engineers have commenced repairs. Update 16:15: Engineers have commenced fusing fibre to bring individual customers live. Update 7pm: All repairs are complete.

Network Notification: Storm Arwen:Saturday 27th Nov: 8a.m.We are aware of issues due to last night’s storm, engineers are working on the issues and we will update this site as much as we can. Fallen trees are obstructing access to some sites. 1 pm Update: All sites are checked and functional, slight glitch in the reporting software is showing red status but should turn back to green when the software updates after all the power cuts. Update 1.30pm: Issues reported in Wray and Levens. Engineers are investigating. Emergency Network Maintenance: Sedbergh, Garsdale, Cautley and Mallerstang Thursday 11/11/2021 08:30: Works have commenced to repair two sections of compromised fibre. Update 12:30 Cautley and Garsdale cabinets have come live. Some customers in Sedbergh, Garsdale and Mallerstang will still be off until splicing work is completed for their individual connections. Network Outage: Sedbergh Thursday the 4th of November 2p.m. We are aware of an issue that is effecting a small number of Sedbergh customers. Engineers have been despatched to investigate possible partial fibre damage in the Farfield and Hallbank areas. Update: 4:30p.m. Work to repair affected connections will commence on Friday morning. Futher work will be required at a later date to replace the section of fibre that has been affected.

Network Outage: Burston, Tivetshall and Scole: Tuesday the 19th of October 2021 8a.m.  We are aware of an issue affecting customer after the maintenance period between 6a.m. and 8.a.m. Update 11:00:  The issue has been identified and resolved, some customers B4RN routers may need restarting.

Network Outage: Burston: Tuesday the 19th of October 2021 8a.m.  We are aware of an outage affecting Burston customer after the maintenance period between 6a.m. and 8.a.m. Engineers are heading to site to investigate. Update 09:00:  Engineers have been able to restore services.

Network Outage: Old Hutton: Sunday the 10th of October 2021 8p.m.  We are aware of an outage affecting a small number of customers in the Old Hutton Area. Update Monday 11th October 10:30a.m. Engineers are on site investigating. Update 18:00:  Engineers are still working to replace damaged fibre.  They will  continue working on into the evening but works may not be complete until Tuesday morning. Update 12th October  10a.m. Engineers are continuing to bring customers live with expected completion of works at approximately 1p.m.

Network Maintenance: Allen Valleys: Tuesday the 12th of October 2021 6a.m. to 8a.m.  Firmware upgrade to a connecting cabinet will require an outage expected to last approximately 30 minutes.

Network Maintenance: Levens: Tuesday the 12th of October 2021 8:30a.m. to 3p.m.  Repair to damaged fibre will require an outage for approximately ten customers.

Network Outage: Tivetshall: Monday the 11th of October 2021 11:55a.m.  We are aware of an issue affecting Tivetshall, with two brief outages.  Engineers have isolated the issue and traffic is being routed via an alternate link.

Network Maintenance: New Hutton: Tuesday the 5th of October 2021 6a.m. to 8a.m.  Firmware upgrade to switches in cabinet will require restart.  Update 07:00a.m. works complete

Monday 4th October 5p.m. National news channels are reporting Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp are all down.  Update 5th October: Serivices resumed after what has been reported as a six hour global outage.

Network Outage: Gressingham: Sunday the 26th of September 2021 11:30.   We are aware of a fibre break in the Gressingham area which is affecting seven customers.  Engineers will be commencing repairs on Monday morning and anticipate work will be complete by early afternoon.  Update 10:00:  Engineers are on site repairing a damaged chamber.  Update 10:40: Normal service resumed.

Scheduled Third Party Maintenance: Norfolk: Saturday the 25th of September 2021 5p.m. to 5a.m. Sunday the 26th of September.  Third party works in the London area will cause loss of service to notified customers in the Norfolk area.

Engineers are investigating.  Update 14:00:  Engineers are working to restore service to customers. Update 16:30:  Normal Service resumed

Network Outage: Chipping: Tuesday the 21st of September 2021 10:30.   We are aware of a fibre break in the Chipping area which is affecting four customers. Engineers are being mobilised. Update 12:30:  Engineers are on site and are in the process of locating the break.  Update 15:00:   We currently estimate that repairs will be complete on Wednesday, around mid-day. Update 09:30: Engineers are on site. Update 14:00:   Normal service resumed.  Connections came live at approximately 11:45a.m.

 

Network Outage: Friday the 10th of September 2021 16:30  Stainforth and Stackhouse area.  We are aware of a possible fibre break,  Engineers are investigating. We apologise, but due to the timing of this break, engineers will not be available on the ground until Saturday. Update Saturday 11th. 11am: Engineers are on site and have identified damage to ducting caused by ploughing. Further investigation is being carried out and a fix is underway. Updates to follow. Update 7.30pm: repairs complete, checking out individual connections now. Update 8.30pm: Helpdesk confirms all customers back up. Network Outage: Friday the 10th of September 2021 11:30  Chipping Area.  We are aware of a possible fibre break in the Chipping area.  Engineers are investigating.  Update 12:44:  It has been confirmed that the cause of the outage is a fibre break. Update 2p.m. Fibre ducting is currently being restored ready for blowing new fibre.  Update 5:30p.m. Engineers have started splicing fibres.  Update 6:16p.m.  We are starting to see customers come live.  Update 6:30.  Normal service resumed.

Network Outage: Thursday the 9th of September 2021 12:30  Engineers are investigating reports of a major outage.  We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.  Update 13:00 Normal service resumed.

Scheduled Maintenance: Low Bentham Tuesday the 31st of August 2021 08:30 to 13:30.  Localised engineering works will affect five customers in the Low Bentham area. Update 31/08/2021 14:20:  Engineers have an over run on the works with service not yet restored.  Updates to follow. Normal Service Resumed

Network Outage: Sunday the 29th of August Noon. Newton / Slaidburn: Engineers are investigating an outage affecting Slaidburn. Update 3p.m.:  The location of the break has been identified and repair teams are on their way. Update 4:00p.m.  Repair teams have extracted the damaged fibre and are starting work for resplicing connections. Update 6p.m.  Repair teams have restored the connection to the cabinet.  Indvidual connections for customers in the Newton area will come on in small groups. Network Outage: Friday the 27th of August 16:30. Chipping: Engineers are investigating reports of fibre break affecting approximately 40 customers. Engineers are investigating.  Update 17:30:  Engineers are scheduled to commence repairs to the damaged fibre on Saturday morning. Update 1.30pm Saturday 28th August. Work is progressing and the major break and re-spicing of the fibre is underway, with services expected back online later this afternoon. Update 7pm Saturday 28th August, work completed and all customers back online.

Network Outage: Friday the 27th of August 16:30. Lawkland: Engineers are investigating reports of fibre break affecting 2 customers. Engineers are investigating.  Update 19:10:  Engineers are scheduled to commence repairs to the damaged fibre on Saturday morning. Update 2pm Saturday 28th August. Repairs are complete and both customers back online.

Network Outage: Friday the 27th of August 09:00. Stainton and Old Hutton: Engineers are investigating reports of an outage in the Stainton and Old Hutton Area affecting a small number of customers. Update 09:50:  Customers are now reporting resumption of service. Update 10:50: Normal service resumed

Loss of service: Heversham, Levens, Crosthwaite, Witherslack, Preston Richard, Preston Patrick, Stainton, Old Hutton, Strickland Roger, Cautley, Mallerstang, Firbank, Hincaster and Sedbergh Friday the 20th of August: 11:05am. We can report that due to a brief power issue affecting core services in the Sedbergh area resulted in an approximately 10 minute outage to services in the reported areas. The issue has now been resolved, and services have been resolved.

Connectivity Issues: Cheshire. Monday the 16th of August: Noon. We are aware investigating a possible fibre break in the Cheshire area.

Connectivity Issues: Cheshire. Thursday the 12th of August: 11a.m. We are aware of an issue affecting connections in the Cheshire area.  Engineers believe this to be a routing issue and are working towards a resolution.  Update 11:17a.m. Issue resolved

Network outage: Monday the 26th of July: 11:30a.m. We are aware of an issue affecting service in Preston Richard, Witherslack, Hincaster, Crosthwaite, Old-Hutton, Stainton, Levens and Heversham. Engineers are working to restore service to customers whilst the root cause of the fault is identified.

Update 1:08p.m. ETA on Network Operations Engineer arrival at Old Hutton for immediate resolution of service to customers 1:30pm.

Update 1:55p.m. Now all major service outages have been resolved, work begins on the root cause of the fault, updates to follow.
Update 2:15p.m. Fibre fault located on Old Hutton Route One 1.1km out from the cabinet, Engineering teams are being directed to the fault for cable repair.
Update 5:25p.m. The fault has been located and works have started, a section of cable will be replaced tonight with works anticipated to continue into tomorrow for 55 customers, and those customers will be notified of progress as we continue the repair work.
Update: Tuesday the 27th of July: 10:00a.m. Engineers have begun works to reconnect effected services in Old Hutton. We anticipate the beginning of service restoration as works continue throughout today.

Network outage: Halton. Tuesday the 13th of July: 8:45a.m. We are aware of an issue in Halton.  Engineers are investigating the issue.
Update 9:40a.m. A fibre break has been identified as the cause of the issue.  Engineers are investigating the break location.
Update 10:30a.m. Engineers are working on the damaged fibre.
Update 11:00a.m.  We are starting to see some customers in Halton come live via an alternate link.
Update 11:45a.m. The core of Halton and the vast majority of customers are now live.  Engineers are continuing work to bring customers who live to the east of the village live.
Update 12:45p.m. Engineers are continuing work to reinstate fibre to route 1 of Halton. The outage is still affecting customers who live to the east of Halton.  This includes the Crook of Lune, Halton Park, Lower Addington and Lower / Nether Highfield areas.
Update 4:00p.m. Engineers are still working to reinstate connections that are down due to th fibre strike.
Update 5:00p.m. Normal service resumed for all customers

Scheduled Maintenance: New Hutton Tuesday 13th July 2021 8a.m. to Noon. Works to chambers in the New Hutton area will result in temporary loss of service for three customers in the New hutton Area.  Affected customers have been notified by e-mail and SMS.

Scheduled Maintenance:  Scheduled maintenance of a significant proportion of the wider B4RN network will be carried out on Thursday the 8th of July 2021 from 3a.m. to 8a.m. During that timeframe, you will experience extended periods when you are unable to connect to the internet or use your IP phones.  Update 08:15 08/07/2021 :  We are aware that some areas have an issue with routing outside the network.  Engineers are working to resolve the issue  Update 08:45 08/07/2021 :  Engineers are still working on resolving issues on the network. Update 09:00:  Engineers continue to work to resolve the issue. Update 09:45:  We are still seeing issues affecting a large number of customers.  Update 10:00:  Engineers are working to resolve the issue.  Update 10:15:  Engineers are working to resolve the routing issues.  Update 10:30:  We are starting to see some customers coming live. Scheduled Maintenance: Calder Vale Tuesday 6th July 2021 Noon to 1p.m. Urgent works requiring replacement of one of the switches at Caler Vale will be carried out on Tuesday the 6th of June from Noon to 1p.m. Depending on the switch you are connected to, this will either be an outage of 1 hour (switch 1 customers) or 15 minutes (all other customers).  Customers have been notified by e-mail as to which group they are in via e-mail and sms.  Update 12:45:  Works complete

Scheduled Maintenance: Tunstall Monday 5th of July 2021 17:15 / 17:45:  Urgent works requiring a restart of the Tunstall switch stack with be carried out this evening.  The restart will take place between 17:15 / 17:45 and will cause an outage of up 15 minutes.

Scheduled Maintenance: Mansergh:  Friday the 2nd of July, from 8:00a.m. to 4p.m.   Work will be carried out to replace fibre in a small area of Mansergh.  Works will affect two notified customers.

Third Party Maintenance Rescheduled: Norfolk:  Saturday the 26th of June, rescheduled to Saturday the 17th of July 2021  10p.m. to 5a.m. Sunday.   Construction work affecting national fibre networks will be carried out in Snow Hill, Suffolk.  We are expecting loss of service to all our Norfolk customers during the maintenance window.

Network outage: Friday 25th of June: 11:00 a.m. We are aware of a fibre break in the Yealand Conyers area.  Update 11:50a.m. Engineers are deploying to the break to assess the situation. Update 13:00:  Engineers on site  Update 15:30:  Normal service resumed.

Scheduled Maintenance: Halton Forgebank:  Thursday the 24th of June, from 9:30a.m. to 3p.m.     This will affect approximately forty notified customers with  rolling outages covering each customer for up to 60 minutes.

Scheduled Maintenance: Dolphinholme:  Tuesday the 22nd of June, from 8:30a.m. to 4p.m.   Work will be carried out to replace fibre in a small area of Dolphinholme.  Works will affect a small number of notified customers.

Scheduled Maintenance: Ingleton:  Tuesday the 22nd of June, from 7a.m. to 8a.m.   Work will be carried out to reroute fibre in a small area of Ingleton.  Works will affect a small number of notified customers.

Scheduled Maintenance of core fibre will be carried out on Tuesday the 22nd of June, from 6a.m. to 8a.m. During that timeframe, you will experience periods when you are unable to connect to the internet or use your IP phones. The outage is not expected to cover the whole two-hour period. Customers have been notified. The maintenance will affect the following areas:

Assigned IP addresses will not be changed. Please leave your router running.

Network outage: Tuesday 22nd June: Noon We have been notified of an issue in the Allendale Town Area, engineers are investigating. Update 12:37:  We are aware of a fibre break on route 2.  This is affecting the majority of customers beyond the golf club.  Update 14:00: The exact location of the break has been determined.  Engineers have notified us that they will be on the ground on Wednesday morning to commence repairs. Update: Wednesday 23rd June 10:45: Engineers are on site and are preparing to effect a repair, commencing shortly. Update 14:00 : engineers report the repair is well underway and customers are starting to come live again. Update 15:40 : Engineers report the repair has been completed, with all services restored.

Network Issues: Sunday 20th June: 9.30am We have been notified of an issue in the Lewfa and Keasden area, engineers are investigating. Update, 10.15, engineers have found the fault and are starting repairs, most customers will get service back in the next half hour.  Update, 10.27:  customers in Austwick/Lewfa are now back online. Update, 10.55 am Keasden repaired now.

Network Issues: Saturday 19th June. 2pm We are aware of a problem affecting some customers in the Scole/Tivetshall/Burston area. Engineers are investigating. Update 3.45pm: Issue is now resolved. If you continue to experience problems please turn off any boosters/meshes/repeaters and reboot the B4RN router. Once it is working put your own network back on again and all should be well. Please ring the helpdesk on 01524238499 option 2 and leave a message if the systematic reboot doesn’t fix your connection.

Network Outage: Dunsop-Bridge and Chipping:  Tuesday the 9th of June, 10:20   We are aware of an outage effecting our customers in the Dunsop-Bridge area as well as a small number in the Chipping area. Engineers are on route to investigate and if possible effect a repair today. We will provide updates when they become available. Update:  Tuesday the 9th of June, 13:00 Engineers are on site and working to effect a repair. Update:  Tuesday the 9th of June, 17:15 Engineers have installed replacement fibre, and are beginning works to reconnect Customers. Scheduled Maintenance: Allendale Town:  Thursday the 17th of June, from 9:30a.m. to 3p.m.   Work will be carried out to replace fibre on Allendale Town route two.  This will affect approximately thirty notified customers with the outage covering the majority of the maintenance window.

Scheduled Maintenance: Cantsfield:  Thursday the 10th of June, from 8a.m. to 10a.m.   Repairs to compromised fibre will be carried out in the Cantsfield area.  The works are only expected to affect three properties which have been notified.
