Also in 2022, B4RN reclaimed its title of 'Best Rural ISP' at the INCA Awards.
Judges comments for Best Rural ISP: The judges were unanimous in picking B4RN for not only delivering a good public service, working with the local community and reinvesting all their profits, but for being an effective business with some of the highest penetration rates in the UK.
Furthermore in 2022, B4RN also won 'Best Community Project' for the second year running at the INCA Gold Awards and also added the 'Outstanding Contribution' award.
In 2021, B4RN was named ‘Best Community Project’ at the INCA Gold Awards and ‘Best Rural ISP’ at the ISPA Awards.
The ISPA judges felt that: “B4RN were worthy winners for continually making a genuine difference through their sheer bloody-mindedness, no matter hard an area is to reach, and innovative use of local volunteers – they even took the issue of government support to rural broadband to Parliament.”
