Network Outage RESOLVED: Monday the 6th of July 9:05am - Yealand Conyers: We are aware of an issue affecting 9 customers in this area, who have been notified. Fibre damage is suspected. Update 9:25am: Engineers are en route to investigate. Update 11:30am: Engineers have identified fibre damage and are commencing repair works. Update 12:10pm: Engineers are about to commence splicing individual customers to the cable. Services will begin to restore as splicing continues. Network Outage RESOLVED: Thursday the 2nd of July 16:45p.m. - Old Hutton: We are aware of an issue affecting 6 customers in this area. Engineers are investigating. Fibre damage has been confirmed. Update Friday the 3rd of July 9:00am: Fibre damage has been confirmed. Engineers are on route to assess and commence the repair. Update 9:23am: Engineers have arrived on site and are beginning repairs. Update 12:15pm: Engineers have located further unreported damage to fibre that is preventing reinstallation of cable. The team are working to repair this additional damage. We now anticipate restoring services by 5pm. B4RN Update 4:45pm: Engineers have successfully replaced cable and repaired two out of three locations of damage. Fibre splicing is commencing at the final location, and services are beginning to be restored one by one. Update 7:41pm: Engineers have restored all affected services. Network Outage RESOLVED: Friday the 3rd of July 9:26a.m. - Old Hutton: We are aware of an issue affecting all customers in this area due to fibre damage. Engineers are working to restore service remotely. Update 9:42a.m.: This issue is now resolved. Planned Maintenance COMPLETE: Tuesday the 23rd of June 0:00am (midnight) to 2:00am - Allendale, Barrasford, Capenhurst and Ledsham, Catton, Great Salkeld, Kirkoswald, Melmerby, Mungrisdale, Spartylea, Whitfield: This maintenance is being undertaken to perform routine maintenance to B4RN network infrastructure that serves customers in these areas, who have been notified. The outage is not anticipated to cover the whole period. Please leave your router powered on so we can test your connection on completion of the works.

Network Outage - RESOLVED: Thursday the 18th of June 3:30pm - Preston Patrick: We have received a report of fibre damage in this area. Engineers are investigating. Update 3:45pm: Fibre damage has been confirmed. Four services are currently down, and 18 services are at risk. Engineers are arranging resources to plan a repair. Update 5:37pm: Engineers have booked in an emergency repair for tomorrow, Friday the 19th of June from 8:00am to 4:00pm, affecting 22 customers in the Preston Patrick area, who have been notified. Update 8:55am Friday the 19th June: Engineers are on site, and are about to begin works. Update 9:50am: Engineers have started splicing in the new cable. Services will begin to restore as splicing continues. Update 11:15am: Engineers have restored all affected services. Network Outage RESOLVED: Saturday the 13th of June 2:15pm - Nether Wyresdale: We are aware of an issue affecting 11 customers in this area. Damage to B4RN fibre is suspected. If you are aware of the location of damage, please call 01524 555887 option 1. Update 4:56pm: Engineers are on site investigating. Damage to our fibre has been confirmed. Update 6:04pm - Engineers have completed preliminary works to facilitate a repair. Further resource is required to continue the repair works starting Monday the 15th of June. Update Monday 15th of June 10:00am: Engineers have removed the damaged fibre, and are working to reinstall new cable. Update 11:35am: The new cable has been successfully installed, and works to restore affected customers one by one are underway. Update 3:30pm: Engineers have restored all affected services. Emergency Maintenance COMPLETED: Friday the 12th of June 12:00pm to 6:00pm - Brough: Damage to B4RN fibre serving 3 customers in the Brough area due to groundworks has been reported. A team will be on site this afternoon to conduct repairs. Update 12:43pm: Engineers have arrived on site and are beginning repairs. Update 2:00pm: Engineers have restored all services affected in the network outage. Emergency Maintenance COMPLETED: Thursday the 11th of June 6:00am to 4:00pm - Customers in Brough, Garsdale, Hardraw, Kaber, Mallerstang, Nateby, Ravenstonedale, Stainmore: Engineers are working to replace B4RN fibre damaged by groundworks. Customers in all of the areas listed will be affected from 6:00am to 7:00am whilst teams work to implement temporary links to bring distribution cabinets back live. A further 23 customers in the Garsdale area, who have been notified, will remain affected for the duration of the works. This outage will cover the whole period and you will be unable to connect to the internet or use your IP phones. Please leave your router powered on so we can test your connection on completion of the works. Update 11th June 6am: Engineers on site preparing for works. Update 6:27am: Engineers have commenced works. Update 7:20am: Works are taking longer than expected to restore services to the cabinets. Update 7:30am: Service restored to customers at Brough, Garsdale, Hardraw, Kaber, Mallerstang, Nateby, Ravenstonedale, Stainmore. 23 notified customers in the Garsdale area will have service restored later today. Update 11:00am: Engineers are restoring services one by one. Update 12:30pm: Engineers have completed these works. Emergency Maintenance COMPLETED: Wednesday the 10th of June 11:00am to 4:00pm - Abbeystead: These works are to implement a permanent fix after the damage which occurred on Wednesday the 3rd of June. Affected customer have been notified. This outage will cover the whole period and you will be unable to connect to the internet or use your IP phones. Please leave your router powered on so we can test your connection on completion of the works. Update 4:50pm: Our engineers have completed preliminary works today but need further time tomorrow to complete the work.  We will continue work tomorrow, Thursday the 11th of June, from 9am to 4pm. Update Thursday the 11th of June 4:00pm: Engineers have completed these works. Network Outage RESOLVED: Tuesday the 9th of June 4:00pm - Grayrigg: We are aware of an issue affecting 39 customers in this area. Engineers are investigating. Update 4:30pm: We have received confirmation of fibre damage and a report of the location. Engineers are reviewing the information. Update 4:45pm: Core and connections engineering teams are arranging resources for a full repair which is scheduled to commence tomorrow morning, Wednesday the 10th of June. Update Wednesday the 10th of June 9:30am: Engineers are en route to site to commence repair works. Update 9:45am: Engineers have arrived on site and are commencing the repair. Update 2:00pm: The damaged cable has been replaced and splicing works have commenced. Services will be restored incrementally as splicing continues. Update 6:30pm: Engineers have restored all services affected in the network outage.
