Position: Office Administrator

Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 (full-time equivalent) depending on experience

Location: Melling, Lancashire

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 20 hours per week, ideally 12.30 – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for the right candidate.

About the Role

Are you someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a warm, professional first impression? We’re looking for a friendly, organised Office Administrator to join us in a part-time job share role, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

·         Provide a welcoming and professional reception service

·         Handle incoming calls, emails, post and deliveries

·         Keep reception and shared office spaces tidy and well organised

·         Deliver general administrative support across the organisation

·         Order and maintain office supplies

·         Help administer and maintain company fleet records

·         Assist with purchase requisitions and routine purchasing tasks

·         Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth business operations

What We’re Looking For

·         Outstanding customer service and communication skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook as a minimum)

·         Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
