Gigabit Voucher Process – What You Need to Know

When your project enters the build stage, we’ll request a Gigabit Broadband Voucher on your behalf. These vouchers, administered by BDUK (Building Digital UK), help fund most B4RN projects.

What to Expect:

  • You’ll receive an email from BDUK - to confirm your interest in a B4RN connection and a Gigabit Voucher.

  • Action required: Click the link in the email within 28 days to validate your voucher.

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email.

Email details:

  • Sender: building.digital.uk@notifications.service.gov.uk

  • Subject: Gigabit voucher scheme - action required

How to Validate:

  • Follow the instructions in the email.

  • Residential customers: Select the Residential option.

  • Running a business from home? Contact us—you may qualify for a Business Voucher with a waived connection fee.

Business Customers:

Choose the correct voucher type based on your business:

  • Business: For limited companies, charities, or partnerships with a VAT number (provide this number).

  • Sole Trader: For individual or partnership businesses without a VAT number (provide your UTR number).
