Network Outage RESOLVED: Thursday the 30th of October 9:36a.m. - Goosnargh: We are aware of an issue affecting customers in this area. Engineers are investigating. Update 3:35p.m.: Engineers will arrive on site tomorrow to commence repairs. Update Friday the 31st of October 8:13a.m.: Engineers are being dispatched to commence repairs. Distribution Network Status
Planned Maintenance: Monday the 3rd of November 11:00am until 4:00pm - Kirkwhelpington: This will affect 28 customers in the Kirkwhelpington area who have been notified. During this timeframe you will experience periods when you are unable to connect to the internet or use your IP phones. The outage is not expected to cover the whole period.
Planned Maintenance: Thursday the 6th of November 9:30am until 3:00pm - Dunsop Bridge: This will affect 1 customer in the Dunsop Bridge area who has been notified. During this timeframe you will experience periods when you are unable to connect to the internet or use your IP phones. The outage is expected to cover the whole period.
Network Maintenance Windows: We normally use Tuesdays and Thursdays – 01:00 to 08:00 – as a maintenance window to perform network operations such as router firmware upgrades, equipment replacement, security updates, minor cable replacements, and other small works with low impact. Occasionally we may plan maintenance at other times for operational reasons. Any major works will be identified above and customers affected will be notified in advance.
