B4RN has been presented as a solution during a TV show about the eye-watering quotes some people are given to get decent broadband.

Rip Off Britain did a segment about the five and six figure prices people in hard-to-reach places are being given by companies like OpenReach to connect them to better internet.

Volunteers with B4RN’s project in Crosthwaite appeared, including work to connect the local school.

You can watch the segment on catch-up via iPlayer – the segment as a whole begins at 33’09” while the part about B4RN starts at 38’34”.
