We’ve launched our new website with Hotfoot Design!
March 15th, 2023
At B4RN, we believe your location shouldn’t stop you from staying connected. We’re proud to be making it possible for everyone to enjoy the benefits of world-leading broadband, providing high-speed, full fibre connections to rural communities.
We want our message to reach everyone who needs to hear it, so we are thrilled to launch our brand new website, designed and built by Hotfoot, a creative agency based in Lancaster.
The refreshed website reflects B4RN’s continuous growth, and lets us shout about what, where and how we do what we do. Our important values - being supportive, friendly, reliable experts - are woven into every area of the website, showing customers what we’re all about.
Not only that, but our new website connects to B4RN’s in-house database, so prospective customers wanting to join our growing network can receive up-to-date information on availability in their area. For the rare occasions there's service downtime, our integrated service status tracker has been freshened up, keeping customers in the loop, and letting them easily check when they’ll be back up and running.
It was important that our new website achieved our goals and objectives, so we worked closely with Hotfoot every step of the way to make this happen. We’ve launched a sharp new design and well-developed wording clearly conveying the benefits of B4RN, providing an outstanding user experience along the way. By sharing our story, celebrating volunteers and showcasing successes, visitors can quickly get a sense of what B4RN has to offer. A smooth user journey means current and prospective customers can discover what they need with the click of a button, finding information, receiving help, and signing up with ease.
B4RN customers and volunteers are at the heart of all that we do, so we made sure the website was developed with them in mind. Our new website celebrates our friendly and inclusive culture on every page, encouraging visitors from all locations to get involved. We made sure to highlight the incredible ways B4RN benefits rural communities, including real-life cases of businesses with B4RN broadband operating smoothly in remote locations, and families connecting with relatives around the world.
B4RN opens up a world of possibilities, and we’re elated that following our close work with Hotfoot, our new website demonstrates this. Explore the website and see for yourself!
