Rural Broadband is increasingly in the news these days and there have been several features on TV recently. The BBC Sunday Politics Show, broadcast on 24th June 2012 had a lengthy item followed by a studio debate featuring Andrew Fleck from neighbouring project, Fibre GarDen Broadband.
The report featured shots from B4RN fibre digging too and also the “Rich Internet Shoppers” sound bite from Hyndburn Labour MP, Graham Jones. Anything that raises the profile of rural Broadband has to be a good thing.
