Following our earlier post on the 16th of November about the Enterprise Investment Scheme, please find below HMRC’s response – essentially we are no further forward. Our local MP has now intervened on our behalf.

Dear Sir

I refer to the below email sent to my colleague. Unfortunately she is currently off sick and likely to be so until early in the New Year.
The legislation change in March this year has meant that your application is complex and is currently undergoing an in depth review by a Senior Technical Inspector. I will let you know the result of the review as soon as possible.
