Details have been confirmed for B4RN’s 2020 AGM, which has been delayed into this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Covid-19 restrictions mean the shareholder gathering cannot happen in person this time – so it’s taking place online.

The date for your diaries is Thursday 11th February 2021 at 7pm.

We’ve partnered with Civica to deliver the online AGM. If you are a shareholder, you should have received an email from an address ending “cesvotes.com” asking you to take part.

This is an important email as it contains instructions for how you can join the AGM and on how to vote. If you have not received it yet please check your junk and spam folders.
