Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the promotional offer of a waived connection fee and three months of free broadband service upon an investment greater or equal to £1,500. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when participating in this offer.

2. Eligibility

The offer is available to new customers only who make a qualifying investment greater or equal to £1,500.

• The offer is open to both individuals and businesses.

• This offer cannot be gifted.

• This offer is only available for new connections to properties without a previous B4RN connection.

• This offer is available in conjunction with all our business, residential and social tariff broadband packages.

3. Offer Details

Customers investing £1,500 or more will receive:
a) Waived connection fee – The standard connection fee will be waived.
b) Three (3) months of free broadband service – No broadband service charges for the first three months.

• The free broadband service starts from the date of activation.

• After the three-month free period, standard monthly charges will apply.

• Any additional services, add-ons, or equipment not included in the standard broadband package will be charged separately.

4. Payment and Investment Terms

• The £1,500 or more investment must be made in full at the time of signup to qualify for the offer.

5. Fair Usage and Compliance

• Customers must comply with all applicable broadband usage policies.

• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly stated.

• Any service misuse may result in termination or suspension of the offer.

6. Termination and Changes

• The offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

• If a customer cancels the service within the three-month free period, the offer will be void, and any applicable charges may apply.

• The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions anytime.

7. General

• These terms and conditions do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
