Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the promotional offer of a waived connection fee and three months of free broadband service upon an investment of £1,500 or more. By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility
The offer is available to new customers only who make a qualifying investment of £1,500 or more.

• The offer is open to both individuals and businesses.

• This offer cannot be transferred to another person, but members can nominate properties to receive the offer.

• This offer is only available for new connections to properties without a previous B4RN connection.

• This offer is available in conjunction with our business, residential, and social tariff broadband packages, provided the monthly service fee does not exceed £33.

• For every £1,500 invested in shares, members will receive a waived connection fee and three months of free service for one property.

• Members can purchase additional shares in increments of £1,500 for each additional property they wish to benefit from this offer.

• The property that is to receive the waived connection fee and three months of free service must be nominated at the time of purchase of the shares.

Offer Details
Customers investing £1,500 or more will receive:
a) Waived connection fee – The standard connection fee (up to £60) will be waived.
b) Three (3) months of free broadband service – No broadband service charges for the first three months.

• The free broadband service starts from the date of activation.

• After the three-month free period, standard monthly charges will apply.

• Any additional services, add-ons, or equipment not included in the standard broadband package will be charged separately.

This benefit applies only to packages where:

• The connection fee does not exceed £60.

• The monthly service fee does not exceed £33.

The eligible packages include:

• Social

• Residential

• Businesses Run from Home

• Holiday Lets

• Small Independent Businesses

Payment and Investment Terms

• The £1,500 or more investment must be made in full prior to connection.

Fair Usage and Compliance

• Customers must comply with all applicable broadband usage policies.

• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly stated.

• Any service misuse may result in termination or suspension of the offer.

Termination and Changes

• The offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

• If a customer cancels the service within the three-month free period, the offer will be void, and any applicable charges may apply.

• The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• If service is cancelled at a nominated property before the 12-month term is completed, the company reserves the right to recover the waived connection fee and the cost of the three months of free service provided.

General
These terms and conditions do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
