About This Offer

This promotional offer is available to new investors only who make a qualifying investment in B4RN. Eligible new customers who invest £1,500 or more will receive one waived connection fee and one complimentary B4RN broadband service for a limited period, based on the value of their investment. This offer applies on a one-time basis only and cannot be stacked, repeated, or used more than once. By taking part, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

This offer is available only to investors who meet all the following conditions:

• Is a new customer.

• Is a new investor making a qualifying investment of £1,500 or more.

• Has property with no previous B4RN connection.

• Existing B4RN shareholders may participate only when making a genuine new investment that increases their total shareholding.

This offer applies only to new investors who are taking up one of the following packages:

• Social.

• Residential.

• Businesses Run from Home.

• Holiday Lets.

• Small Independent Businesses.

Offer Details

Customers making a qualifying investment of £1,500 or more will receive:

One waived connection fee.

Complimentary B4RN broadband service for the period shown below for the qualifying property.

• £1,500 – £2,499: 2 months complimentary B4RN broadband.

• £2,500 – £4,999: 4 months complimentary B4RN broadband.

• £5,000+: 6 months complimentary B4RN broadband.

How It Works

The complimentary service begins on the date your broadband is activated. Once the complimentary period ends, standard monthly charges apply. Any additional services or equipment not included in the standard package will be charged separately.

Payment and Investment Terms

The qualifying investment of £1,500 or more must be made in full before connection is completed. One qualifying investment applies solely to the investor’s property, and the benefit may be claimed only against that property before the connection goes live.

The waived connection fee and complimentary B4RN broadband service cannot be transferred, assigned, or gifted to any other address.

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion unless expressly stated.

Applies only to new connections to properties that have not previously had a B4RN connection.

To qualify and maintain the spirit of the offer, the investment must represent an increase in the investor’s total shareholding. Withdrawals of existing shares followed by reinvestment for the purpose of accessing this offer are not permitted.

Fair Usage and Compliance

Customers must comply with B4RN’s broadband acceptable use policy. Any misuse of the service may result in suspension or termination of the offer.

Termination and Changes

This offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. If an investor cancels their service during the complimentary period, the offer becomes void and standard charges may apply. If the service at the investor’s address is cancelled before the 12-month minimum term is completed, B4RN may recover the waived connection fee and the value of any complimentary service provided.
