B4RN Voice (Voip)

Important Information

The B4RN Voice service is exclusive to existing B4RN broadband customers. If you don't currently have a B4RN broadband connection and you haven't already done so, please fill out the Get B4RN form selecting B4RN Voice as an add on package.

If you are using any devices that rely on a traditional land line, such as care alarms, fire alarms and security systems,please contact the supplier of those systems before moving to B4RN Voice. You must ensure you have a system that is capable of running over an IP network.

Unlike a traditional landline using a corded phone, during a power cut your voice service will also cease. This will be the case for all phones, irrespective of provider, from December 2025 when the Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) is switched off. B4RN Voice is provided over the same fibre connection as your B4RN broadband connection.
