Chris with her Aunt and Daughters… and of course ‘I Want Fibre’ Huskie

B4RN co-founder Chris Conder and Huskie had their turn at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday, a beaming Chris being presented her MBE by Prince William, Duke of Cambridge in his very fine RAF uniform. “I smiled for 3 days. it was a brill trip.”

True to form Chris’ mind was never far from broadband and even during a celebration tea at the Ritz, she tweeted “The cakes are ace but there is no 4G and the 3G is pretty damn poor.”

Chris returned home yesterday and is back to answering B4RN emails and charging round the countryside supporting staff and volunteers. “There’s no place like home. Its good to be back in the land of decent connectivity, London is dire.”
